Classic Pimm’s Cup


A refreshing twist on strawberry lemonade- perfect for cooling down!


  • Pimm’s No. 1
  • sparkling lemonade (or lemon-lime soda)
  • strawberries, cucumber, mint, oranges to garnish
  • ice

How to Make it:

  • Mix 1 part Pimm’s No.1 with 3 parts chilled lemonade. Add mint, cucumber, orange and strawberry. Serve immediately.


The Knottie Margarita 


For when the night is just about to start up…


  • 1 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
  • 1/2 oz. blue curacao
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • pineapple slice, for garnish

How to Make it:

  • In a shaker, blend the pineapple juice, blue curacao, and rum. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a pineapple slice and serve immediately.


Royal Wedding Punch


Channel your inner Kate Middleton with this classy beverage.


  • Beefeater London Dry Gin
  • Dubonnet
  • pomegranate juice
  • lemonade
  • Angostura bitters

How to Make it:

  • Mix 2 parts Beefeater London Dry Gin, 1 part Dubonnet, 1 part pomegranate juice, and 2 parts fresh lemonade. Add the Angostura bitters to taste. Serve in a large punch bowl and garnish with wheels of lemon and lime, mint sprigs and pomegranate seeds. Chill the punch with lots of regular ice cubes or make your own fruit ice cubes by freezing orange and lemon slices with water in a plastic container.

Spike Chocolate Milkshakes


Everyone has a little sweet tooth right?


  • 8 oz. dark rum
  • 6 scoops of chocolate ice cream
  • 6 oz. Kahlua
  • 10 oz. club soda
  • coffee beans and shaved bittersweet chocolate, for garnish

How to Make it:

  • In a blender, add the ice cream and then slowly blend in the rum and Kahlua. Add club soda last.
  • Pour the milkshakes into high ball glasses or shooters for a midnight snack.
  • Garnish with espresso beans and shaved chocolate. Serve immediately.
  • Makes about 6 glasses


French Gimlet


Classy enough even for the ultimate Metropolitan couple.


  • 2 parts gin or vodka
  • 1 part St. Germain
  • 1/2 part freshly squeezed lime juice

How to Make it:

  • Pour ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake well.
  • Strain into martini glass.
  • Garnish with a lime twist.
